We are an independent, family-run funeral directors in Shaw with new comfortable and homely premises. We offer tailor-made funerals and offer a sympathetic and professional service to you and your family. We will look after you and guide you throughout the process. Wherever possible you will be looked after from start to finish by the same funeral director. We try to avoid having different staff arranging and conducting the funeral as it is essential for you to feel comfortable with the funeral director on the day of the funeral.

Now Jason, together with his brother Nigel, has opened Jason Worsnip Family Funeral Service and will continue to provide our local and surrounding communities with the caring, sympathetic and professional service they deserve.

Jason started working in Shaw for a local funeral director when he was 18 years old and now has over 30 years varied experience in this profession. During this time he worked in London where he was a manager for funeral directors to the Royal family and has been involved in many high-profile funerals.

Jason has also worked for corporate funeral companies, but found that he was not always able to provide the same level of care and personal service that his community deserves and is used to.
